Favorite fall memories… hot chocolate, hot apple cider… pumpkins and cooler weather.
What fall traditions do YOU have?
As a mom, some years I’m lucky to grab grocery bags to act as trick or treat bags on Halloween night.
Am I the only one??
So if you have all your ducks in a row… you’re awesome. I aspire to be like you.
But sometimes if you’re like me you need things to be as simple as possible.
This year I’ve made something special for you.
You can print and hang it.
You can print and color it.
You can print on card stock and cut it out to mail it to a friend.
It’s a simple printable that even your toddler can enjoy.
You can make blobs of paint and have it look artsy or take your time to make it look realistic.
You can use the face one or make your own faces, or keep it blank.
It’s like a choose your own adventure!!
I sure loved those books. But I digress.
Here’s the poem that goes along with the printable.
(And if you watch the video below you’ll see me reciting it like I have my own children’s show. Haha.)
5 Little Pumpkins
5 Little Pumpkins sitting on a gate,
The first one said, “Oh my, it’s getting late!”
The second one said, “There are witches in the air!”
The third one said, “I don’t care.”
The fourth one said, “Let’s run and run.”
And the fifth one said, “Now we’re having fun.”
OOOooo went the wind, and OUT went the lights,
And 5 little pumpkins rolled out of sight.
If you know anyone who wants an easy halloween printable…
(you know the mom like me who hasn’t even gotten the winter jackets from the attic yet??)
Pass me on to her!!
She’s my people.
And I’m here for her. And you.
