I have 4 kids.
I have a hard time getting around to exercising.
I’ve gained some weight since moving East.
So I was super pumped when my dancer friend Bethany agreed to an interview while I was on my epic road trip.
She ALSO prepared a simple set of exercises for moms and littles to do together.
My kids are always climbing on me.
So this is perfect.
